• Develop eContent projects in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Produce engaging training video modules targeted for mobile devices using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Captivate.
• Develop written materials, including but not limited to topical Quick Reference Cards.
• Publish approved eContent into the firms Learning Management System.
• Conduct one-on-one and classroom training sessions (live or via distance) when required.
• Run and analyze HEAT reports to determine additional training needs.
