- Produce multimedia online courses using Final Cut Pro for GE Implementation and Customers, which resulted in reducing on-site training down from two weeks to one week which saved the company $5,000.
- Organize and lead training sessions for GE Implementation Personnel by managing all communication, travel, lodging with Field Engineers and their Supervisors from United States and European regions.
- Produce training materials for the Precision Solution Training, which included training on the Integra Scanner and Dynamyx software.
- Create new training modules and exams for the Precision Solution Training using Adobe Captivate for hardware and software releases.
- Identify training gaps with support and operations by evaluating the on-site training after receiving feedback from the trainees.
- Update and refreshed existing training materials as needed.
